The capitalized terms in this agreement have the meanings shown below, and these definitions apply whether the terms are used in singular or plural within the 2jet Game terms.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 2jet Game does not allow users under 18 to access the Service.

Termination

2jet Game may immediately terminate or suspend your access, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When termination occurs, your right to access the 2jet Game Service ends immediately.

Liability Limitation

Notwithstanding any damages you might incur, the total liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under these Terms, and your exclusive remedy for all such matters, shall be limited to the amount you actually paid through the Service, or 100 PKR if you did not make a purchase.

To the greatest extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor its suppliers shall be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, personal injury, or privacy loss arising from the use or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In those jurisdictions, each party’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you as is and as available, with all faults and defects, without any warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its Affiliates, as well as their licensors and service providers, expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise from course of dealing, performance, usage, or trade practice. The Company makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be compatible with other software, or be error free, or that any errors will be corrected.

Neither the Company nor its providers makes any warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied: (i) about the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) about the accuracy, reliability, or currentness of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or emails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on consumer rights, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. In such cases, the exclusions and limitations will apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of Pakistan, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the App may also be subject to other local, provincial, national, or international laws of Pakistan.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.

For Pakistani Users

If you are a Pakistani consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in Pakistan.

Pakistan Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a Pakistan government embargo, or designated by the Government of Pakistan as a 'terrorist-supporting' country, and (ii) you are not listed on any Pakistan government prohibited or restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to achieve its objectives to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms does not affect a party's right to enforce such right or require performance later, nor does a breach waiver constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation and Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We made them available on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in case of a dispute.

Modifications to These Terms and Conditions

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions take effect, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
